Daedalus Assistant ("the service") is a private personal-automation tool operated by Geoffrey Okamoto ("the operator"). The service sends SMS text messages to the operator's own mobile number. These messages are operational: confirmations that a requested task has been completed, brief status updates, and questions that need a decision before a task can continue. The service has no public users and no public sign-up.
The service handles the operator's own mobile telephone number, used as the destination for its messages, and the content of each message and any reply.
The mobile number and message content are used solely to deliver the service's operational notifications to the operator and to carry out the tasks the operator requests. They are not used for marketing or advertising.
The operator's mobile number and message content are not sold, rented, traded, or shared with third parties. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Messages are carried by the service's telecommunications provider solely to deliver them, under that provider's own terms.
Message frequency varies with use. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for help.
Messages are retained only as long as needed to operate the service and keep an operational record, on systems controlled by the operator. There is no separate marketing database.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
